1. Register your email and activate your account

2. Click the cart icon on item you want to buy.

3. If you want to end your shopping, click Items in Cart on your upper right screen.

4. You can change quantity of your cart by clicking plus min icon on the quantity.

5. Click proceed button.

6. Check again your order, you can change delivery address by clicking change button on delivery section.

7. Click process and your order has finished.

8. We will process your order only if you have confirm your payment to us.

9. If you have not confirm your payment in one week time, we will cancel your order automatically.

1. Login to your account

2. Click my account icon on your upper right screen.

3. In account summary page, you can see payment confirmation section with your order number.

4. You can choose whether you want to confirm from this page or from your payment confirmation detail page by clicking confirm button.

5. Fill in when you paid and click confirm payment.

6. Your order status will be waiting for payment to be verified.

7. After your payment verified, we will process your order.

We will return your money 100%, you can choose method to get your money back in your account page on personal account.

The default method is returning your payment in cutting from your next order

You can cancel or edit your order as long as your order status is still waiting for payment or waiting payment to be verified or open order or searching from supplier.

Usually about 2-3 weeks after order delivered, because we use normal delivery. If you want to get your item quickly please contact us and we will use other method such as EMS and we will adjust your price.
